Villa Etesia stands a hundred and fifty metres from the sea, on the slopes of the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve and a short stroll from the sand and rocks of the bay of Cornino, easily reached on foot.
The large garden around it, roughly a thousand square metres, sits within a pine wood looking towards both the sea and the mountain. Ideal for anyone who loves the sea, nature, privacy and rest — and for anyone who wants to tour western Sicily with a comfortable base to come home to.
A generous room entered straight from the front door, with a dual aspect: the sea on one side, the mountain on the other. There is a TV corner with a large sofa and a dining table big enough for everyone. The many windows and French doors keep the house cool and airy even on the hottest days.
Pale blue majolica, blue cupboard doors and a window onto the garden. There is a cooker with a gas oven, a fridge, an electric mini-oven, two moka pots, the table and all the everyday crockery. Cleaning products and kitchen linen are provided.
Three bedrooms, all with a sea view: one four-bed room with a double bed and bunk beds, one double, and one with two single beds. An extra folding bed with a comfortable mattress is available if needed. Two air conditioning units serve the corridor connecting the bedrooms.
Being a detached villa, the house is wrapped by a south-west facing terrace looking out to sea and a north-east facing one looking at the mountain: that is where the large table under the pergola and the fitted barbecue area are. On the third side there are two showers and two basins, invaluable when you come back from the beach.
